Automatic machine for production of large size products

The concept of the HERKULES is unique. By the linear arrangement of the production stations with the respective mould equipment it is possible to produce up to 5 different products without any changes. Only linear moveable pressing and feeding unit for each of these production stations is used. Stop periods are non exsisting and so these machine components can be used very efficiently.

The production is executed noise protected below ground. The filling of the mould equipment is carried out by feeding with wiper ring or optionally with gap feeding. The transport and the demoulding of the finished products at the curing area is carried out by a factory crane.
