First completely automatic plant for manhole products

In 1983 a combined pipe and manhole making machine called MISTRAL was made available to the market. After worldwide installations of the MISTRAL in different configurations the first fully automatic pipe plant inclusively handling systems was installed in 1992 and in 1995 the first fully automatic manhole plant with integrated handling systems . A very important step was the development of the programme controlled infinitely variable adjustment of length.
Since 1983 we have been successful with the HERKULES for the efficient production of large diameter pipes and septic tanks. One machine can be operated with 1 to 5 work stations. The filling and compaction cycle is automated by the use of the exact length process (GEBA).
In 1984 we succeeded in developing the BLIZZARD, a high-tech machine for high-quality concrete products. The BLIZZARD is a complete system for the production, curing and commission of different concrete products such as
U-channels, concrete slabs, square steps and special parts. Only one man is necessary to supervise the production. |
