Machine tool for the extraction of gaskets from a magazine and their positioning onto steel base pallets

The innovation refers to a method for the fitting of rubber integrated gasket seals onto steel base pallets during the production of concrete pipes.

Prior to loading to a pallet magazine for production a machine tool with vertical and horizontal movements removes from a holding magazine gasket rings which in turn are held, expanded, aligned and fitted to cleaned steel base pallets.    

For the execution of this operation the equipment with its movable gripping and expanding device is used with a magazine holding a vertical stack of the gasket rings.
